4. Tips
Keep the phone
charged
- bring a power bank
If scanning is slow,
refresh the page
Bright screens scan better - ask guests to
increase brightness
Paper tickets work best when
flat and uncrumpled
If a ticket won't scan, ask guest to
show booking confirmation email
